PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact Acts Of Friendship.
SHIPPABLE RESOURCES:
If the shippable resource you are returning has not been opened, and is still in a re-sellable condition, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund minus a restocking fee of 20%. The resource must be free of marks, scratches, breaks, water damage, stickers, stains, or any other kind of damage to be accepted back into inventory. If the resource arrived shrink wrapped, the wrapping must not be broken. Credit will not be given for any resource that is out of print and/or obsolete.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:

We are happy to refund the cost of the resource subject to the details listed above. Original shipping & handling and return postage charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. Once your return has been received and is re-entered into inventory, a credit will be posted to your account. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your return and refund.
REFUND OPTIONS
Credit Card – If purchase was completed by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card within 1-2 weeks after processing the return.
Check – if the order was paid by check, a check will be mailed within 1-2 weeks after processing the return.
